Four local insulation rebate programs in Washington.

Utility programs have different requirements. A customer account alone does not mean a home or project qualifies.

Avista

Eligible insulation incentives are applied directly to the project cost. A participating installer reviews the home and explains eligibility and any out-of-pocket cost. Energy Star Insulation is listed among Avista’s participating installers.

Inland Power

Inland Power lists insulation rebates for qualifying upgrades. Before-and-after photographs must show insulation depth with a ruler or measuring tape. Review the program requirements before installation.

Questions about insulation rebates.

Have a question about your building? Call Heath to talk through the project.

Does every Avista customer qualify?

No. Eligibility depends on the home, heating service, existing insulation, and proposed improvements. Avista’s participating installer can review the project during an assessment.

Can a rebate cover the full project cost?

Avista describes additional funding for some qualifying homes. Eligibility and available funding require review; full-cost assistance is not automatic. We’ll discuss the potential assistance and any amount you would pay before you decide.

How much is the rebate?

Amounts depend on the utility, the improvement, and the insulation already installed. Use the official program links above for current schedules. We’ll review the applicable requirements rather than promise one rate for every project.

What if the project does not qualify?

We can explain the proposed insulation improvement and prepare an estimate. You can decide whether the work makes sense without rebate assistance.

What information should I have ready?

Your project address, utility provider, heating type if known, and what you want to improve are useful starting points. Requirements may include measurements and photographs before and after installation.

Ask about your insulation and potential rebates.

Thinking about an attic upgrade, a remodel, or a new shop in Spokane? We’ll look at the building, explain the options, and prepare a written estimate.
